🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Fynza, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent 14-day return and exchange policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.


Items Eligible for Return

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear or personal garments

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered

  • Return requests made after the 14-day window


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We’ve got you. Simply email support@fynza.com.au with your order number and exchange request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the item must meet the return conditions listed above.


📬 How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@fynza.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions

  3. Send your item to the return address below

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange

💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds apply only to items that:

  • Are in original condition
  • Are returned within the 14-day window
  • Include proof of purchase

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.


🧵 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@fynza.com.au with clear photos.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund, and we will cover return shipping in these cases.
